Hi, I’m Sean.

I’m a workplace coach with a Professional Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from Kingstown College in Dublin, and certification as a Cognitive Coach. For the past five years, I’ve coached neurodivergent professionals to overcome challenges and thrive in their careers, first through my work with Genius Within, and now through my own coaching practice, which I founded three years ago.

Before becoming a coach, I studied Economics and Accounting (BA) and earned a Master of Science in Accounting at Boston College. During my master’s, life took an unexpected turn when I experienced a haemorrhagic stroke at 22 years old. I finished my degree while relearning to walk and use my left arm, and went on to work as an accountant at PwC before facing more than ten brain surgeries.

Following my recovery, I began mentoring other brain injury patients which ignited a love for coaching. That passion led me to pursue professional training and combine it with my lived experience, so I can truly understand and support those navigating tough environments.

When we work together, it’s a fluid, relaxed conversation where we explore your challenges, uncover your strengths, and find strategies that fit. As a neurodivergent person myself, I know how much the right environment matters, my personal ‘essentials’ are a cup of coffee, good lighting and warmth.

Coaching doesn’t feel like “work” to me. Supporting neurodivergent professionals as they move forward in their careers and lives is something I truly love. With my background in finance, I understand firsthand how intense and demanding certain workplaces can be. That’s why I have a particular passion for supporting clients in high-pressure environments, helping you not just manage, but actually thrive.
